LOS ANGELES, Calif. (FOX 11) - Singer R. Kelly is in serious legal trouble -- facing 10 counts of sexual abuse involving underage women in Chicago.

Now, startling new allegations of the same kind of behavior have surfaced after a Pennsylvania man found a tape in his garage and makes it public.
