Survey finds most CA residents are not prepared for wildfires

A survey of Orange County fire agencies and conservation groups shows that most residents are not prepared for wildfires. Half of residents say they've not taken measures to make their homes fire resistant, and nearly all are unaware that the largest threat to their property is embers.
