Culver City to vote on banning homeless camping

Dozens of people spoke Monday night at a Culver City Council meeting where an ordinance to potentially ban homeless camping was on the agenda. While some are applauding the move, while others are pointing out the cruelty of potentially taking tents from the poor and homeless.
