One killed, eight others wounded in brazen shooting in Washington, D.C.

Three men opened fire on a crowd in Washington, D.C., on Sunday afternoon. One person was killed and eight others wounded. Police say it was a targeted attack; two of the shooters had long guns, the other used a pistol. Some of the victims were known to law enforcement.
