Three motorcyclists shot on freeway in Carson

CARSON, Calif. - Three motorcyclists were shot while riding on the freeway Sunday morning in Carson.

The shooting happened around 1:40 a.m. on the southbound lanes of the 110 Freeway, just south of the 91 freeway. 

After being shot the three victims got off the freeway at 190th Street and called 911. 

The victims were transported to a local hospital, two are in critical condition and another in stable. 

According to the California Highway Patrol at this moment investigators do not know if the motorcyclists were targeted or if it was a random shooting.
