Amber Alert deactivated after baby found

Three suspects — the boy's father Dragan Antonescu and his parents Marioara Ilie and Viorel Ilie — were arrested.

A 1-year-old boy who was allegedly kidnapped by his father and grandparents in Los Angeles County was found safe in Arizona Sunday night.

What we know:

At the time of Enzo Antonescu's disappearance, the California Highway Patrol issued an Amber Alert after he was allegedly last seen at the Target on Colima Road near Rowland Heights.

CHP identified Dragan Antonescu, 21, as the suspect tied to the toddler's reported disappearance. According to a note published by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, the toddler was "abducted by force" at knife point at the popular shopping center chain.

Authorities said Antonescu held a knife while his father, Viorel Lllie, and his mother, Marioara Llie,  "physically assaulted" the baby's mother and abducted the child.

The three suspects and baby Enzo left the scene in a dark gray 2011 Toyota Sienna minivan. Arizona state troopers located the vehicle around 8 p.m. and all three suspects were taken into custody.

The baby's mother, whose name was withheld, was taken to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

The Amber Alert has since been deactivated.
