DA reopens case of DUI triple fatal crash suspect release
Monday night we told you about a family outraged after they found out the suspected DUI driver who killed their loved one and two others in a crash three years ago would not be prosecuted by the DA's office, Tonight the DA?s office tells FOX 11 they?re reopening that case after they saw our report.
