Free Orange County festival connects special needs families to resources
There was a special festival and resource fair that helped people with developmental disabilities.The Regional Center of Orange County hosted the free event to connect families with resources ranging from education to recreational activities.The Regional Center of Orange County’s Multicultural Autumn Festival and Resource Fair is just one of the special events the organization puts on to help families with developmental disabilities.
