The story of Frank Shankwitz comes to life in new movie
The new movie Wish Man tells the story of how a highway patrolman, a little boy with cancer, and a popular TV show all played a part in the creation of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. The film tells Frank Shankwitz?s story. He and actor Larry Wilcox explained how if it was not for CHiPs, the foundation would not exist today.
