Mother of special needs student killed in campus golf cart crash to address the death of her son

The mother of Emmanuel Manny Perez and her attorney will hold a press conference Friday morning to announce the filing of a government claim for damages against the Orange Unified School District as well as express their gratitude for the outpouring of support shown by Manny's schoolmates and the community in the wake of his tragic death.
