Fire shuts down 10 Freeway, impacts commuters

A portion of the 10 Freeway in downtown Los Angeles will be closed indefinitely as crews work to asses what repairs need to be done. Officials have laid out plans for how those traveling through and to downtown can get around the closure in the meantime.
