Man leads authorities on pursuit in suspected stolen vehicle

A man led authorities on a pursuit across LA Count in a suspected stolen vehicle Tuesday morning. At one point, the driver parked the vehicle in a parking lot and got out, but quickly changed his mind and ran back to the car to evade authorities. He surrendered after the 40-minute-long chase.
