In recognition of Hispanic Heritage Month, one of those movies, 'Carlos Through the Tall Grass' opens the festival'. Another called 'The Rest of Us' follows the lives of five undocumented students over seven years. It closes the festival. The festival?s director of programming Karolyne Sosa talked more about it.
