For many people the way to their heart is through their stomach. So what are you whipping up for your Valentine this Sunday? Breakfast in bed? Maybe brunch? Celebrity Chef Ronnie Woo shows us how to create the perfect crepe for a Valentine's Day. For More go to TheDeliciousCook.com Ronnie Woo Recipe for Crepes in a Jar (Makes 8 crepes) INGREDIENTS: 1¼ cups milk ¾ cup flour 3 tablespoons granulated sugar 1 large egg 1 tablespoon oil TOPPING IDEAS: Powdered sugar, for dusting Fresh fruit (berries, oranges, etc.) Whipped cream Jam Peanut butter Hazelnut spread MAKE THE BATTER: In a large jar with a lid, add all ingredients and screw lid on tightly. Violently shake the jar until the ingredients are thoroughly combined. Some small lumps are okay. COOK THE CREPES: In a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, add a scant ¼ cup of batter and swirl it around the pan. Cook until some bubbles form on top and the bottom is golden brown, about 1-2 minutes on each side. FILL THE CREPES: Spread a thin layer of peanut butter or hazelnut spread (or whatever you want) on the freckled side of the crepe and fold into quarters. Garnish with fresh fruit and powdered sugar (or anything else you want!). EQUIPTMENT NEEDED: Large jar with a screw-on lid Silicon spatula Large non-stick pan Burner Plate
