Police in Glendora say they have arrested a man who was groping women at bus stops. Four women said Anthony Ramsey appeared to be blind and was asking for directions, and then he groped them. The police have arrested Ramsey and charged him with sexual battery. Detectives say that there could also be other victims and they're asking anyone to please come forward.
