McDonald’s is bringing back a special deal while adding a bit of nostalgia for consumers.
The burger chain announced that the McDonaldland Meal will hit restaurants starting on Aug. 12 and fans can also rediscover the McDonaldland and the classic characters Ronald McDonald, Grimace, Birdie, Hamburglar, Mayor McCheese and the Fry Friends through this meal.

Why you should care:
The adult Happy Meal features your choice of a Quarter Pounder with Cheese or a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets, fries and the new Mt. McDonaldland Shake, which is inspired by a volcano from the McDonald's fictional world.

And each meal has a collectible souvenir of a different character from the McDonaldland gang. The souvenirs are also "packed with character-inspired postcards, stickers, and other nostalgic goodies," McDonald’s shared in a release.
Consumers can get their hands on this limited-time meal at McDonald’s restaurants but the price for it varies by location.
