Stabbing reported on Metro platform in Universal City
Police said it was an incident betwen two passengers.
LOS ANGELES - Investigators with the Los Angeles Police Department are searching for the man who they say stabbed another passenger on a Metro platform in Universal City on Tuesday night.
What we know:
The stabbing happened on the platform at the station on Lankershim Boulevard some time before 9 p.m., according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Paramedics took the victim to the hospital in stable condition.

Officers said the suspect made a run for it and the search continues.
On Wednesday morning, the LAPD said the suspect attempted to rob the victim and proceeded to stab him with a knife.
The victim was identified as a 24-year-old man, while the suspect was described as a man between 25 and 30 years old.
