Male juvenile fatally shot in Moreno Valley
MORENO VALLEY, Calif. - A male juvenile was shot and killed in Moreno Valley on Thursday afternoon, and another male juvenile was arrested in connection to the murder.
Deputies with the Moreno Valley Station responded to the 26000 Block of Coronada Drive around 4 p.m. after receiving reports of a shooting.
When they arrived on scene, they located a male juvenile suffering from a gunshot wound.
Despite life-saving measures by paramedics, the boy was pronounced dead at the scene. His age and identity were not immediately available.
During the course of the investigation, deputies identified and arrested a male juvenile in connection to the killing. The unidentified juvenile was later booked at Juvenile Hall in Riverside for murder.
