A 3.4 magnitude earthquake struck the Manhattan Beach area Tuesday afternoon.

LOS ANGELES - Did you feel it? An earthquake struck the Los Angeles region Tuesday morning. 

What we know:

According to the USGS, a 3.4 magnitude earthquake hit Manhattan Beach at approximately 12:15 p.m.

The earthquake had a record depth of 11.3 km. No damage or injuries have been reported.
