1 person killed, 2 others injured in Highgrove deadly shooting
HIGHGROVE, Calif. - Authorities in Highgrove in Riverside County investigated a deadly shooting Thursday evening.
Three people were shot. One person was pronounced dead at the scene, another was taken to the hospital with major injuries, and a third victim suffered minor injuries, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.
The shooting happened shortly before 6:30 p.m. in the 1300 block of Center Street.
The suspect remains on the loose. No information on the gunman was immediately available.
La Cadena Drive is closed between Main Street and Center Street due to the investigation.
The investigation is ongoing.
