Matthew Bissada from Encino created amazing attire using 27 rolls of tape! It paid off because he's one of 10 finalists in the Duck Tape 'Stuck at Prom' scholarship contest. The teen stopped by with his outfit and explained how viewers can vote for him and hopefully land him the top prize: a $10,000 scholarship for college.
