Billionaire pleads not guilty to witness intimidation
Billionaire real estate developer and former California gubernatorial candidate Stephen Cloobeck pleaded not guilty to felony witness intimidation charges. Prosecutors allege Cloobeck attempted to prevent three victims from testifying against his former fiancée, Adva Lavie -- also known as "Mia Ventura," who is accused of a dating-app burglary spree targeting victims in Los Angeles County.
