Service members report commanders linking Iran conflict to biblical prophecy
New allegations are raising questions about religion inside the military chain of command. A watchdog group says it’s received complaints from US service members who claim some commanders described the conflict with Iran as part of a "divine plan," even referencing biblical prophecy and Armageddon. Mikey Weinstein, the founder of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation, says it’s been hearing directly from those troops.
