Marshall Campbell Judson of Pomona is charged with three counts of murder; three counts of fleeing a pursuing peace officer’s motor vehicle causing death; one count of assault with a deadly weapon upon a peace officer; and one count of carrying a concealed firearm in a vehicle, loaded and not registered.
