Last victim of 'Happy Face Killer' identified
After 34 years, Riverside County prosecutors have identified "Claudia"—the final unidentified victim of serial killer Keith Hunter Jesperson (the "Happy Face Killer")—as Lydia Jane Wade McWhorter, whose remains were originally found along Highway 95 near Blythe in August 1992.
