Watts Towers named to 'Irreplaceable America' list
The Watts Towers has been officially named to the World Monuments Fund's inaugural Irreplaceable America list. The newly launched initiative recognizes 10 historic sites across the United States that are considered absolutely essential to preserving the nation's cultural heritage. Daniel Tarica, General Manager to the City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs, and Bénédicte de Montlaur, President and CEO to the World Monuments Fund talk to FOX 11's Marla Tellez about the prestigious honor.
