Push to boost statewide homelessness funding on Skid Row

Assemblyman Miguel Santiago, D-Los Angeles, and two Los Angeles City Council members today joined a growing number of officials calling for the state to provide cities with billions of dollars over five years to address the statewide homeless crisis.
