Kristin Smart case: Paul Flores, Smart's former classmate, charged with murder

Nearly twenty-five years after Kristin Smart disappeared after a college party near California Polytechnic State University's campus, authorities Tuesday arrested her former classmate, Paul Flores, on suspicion of murder.
