Assembly Bill 104 would hold students harmless for lost learning during Covid-19
We don't yet have an accurate picture of the academic toll the pandemic has taken on kids. We do know it will likely be worse for children who don't have access to the internet, and for kids with special needs. A new state bill AB-104 hopes to make things a little easier for those students and their families. Assemblywoman Lorena Gonzalez joins Good Day LA with details.
