Crime victims, law enforcement officials to launch recall effort against George Gascón

Crime victims and law enforcement officials will launch an effort to recall Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón Saturday night, claiming the sweeping changes Gascón has initiated since taking office in December favor the rights of criminals over their victims.
