Freezer-packed vaccine vials are making their way to U.S. distribution sites. Some three-million doses are in the first batch and more than 300.000 doses are headed to California. LA County expects to receive nearly 83,000 of those. The initial doses will go to frontline workers at acute care hospitals. The first shots may be given in the coming days.
