LAUSD reports decrease in attendance, kindergarten enrollment

With virtual instruction well under way in the Los Angeles Unified School District, the superintendent said Monday that average daily student attendance is at 88.4 percent, compared to 91.8 percent last year, with kindergarten classes seeing a major decline.
