Beach communities urge no large gatherings to end bummer summer

The unofficial end of our bummer summer is coming up, but don’t get any crazy ideas. Los Angeles County says if Labor Day weekend gets too crowded, Beaches and Harbor could have to close the beaches but it doesn’t have any plans to.
