Riverside officer helps mom perform CPR on son
Alejandra Cisneros called 911 because her son stopped breathing and had no pulse. While starting CPR with help from Dispatcher Olivia Santos, Officer Matthew Rhoades arrived at the house, and they both revived the boy together.
