Baltimore photographer Devin Allen discusses second Time magazine cover, project with city schools
The work of Baltimore photographer Devin Allen has landed on the cover of Time Magazine for a second time. The first time captured the protests following the death of Freddy Gray and now, his second photo to make the cover depicts a scene from a Black Transgender Lives Matter protest in Baltimore following the death of George Floyd. Allen is now running an arts showcase in collaboration with students from Baltimore City Public Schools.
