Torrance police asking for public's help in locating woman seen in viral racist rant videos

A woman who went on a pair of racist rants aimed at Asian-Americans at a Torrance park -- tirades that were caught on video and quickly went viral online -- was identified today as a Long Beach resident, and police asked for the public's help finding her.
