Most retail businesses in California to reopen Friday

Despite orders from Governor Newsom some businesses in Orange County opened their doors for business over the weekend. But today the governor announced plans to further ease California's stay-at-home restrictions by allowing most lower-risk retail businesses to reopen in some capacity on Friday.
