OC protests due to Newsom's hard closure of beaches
In Laguna Beach about a hundred people gathered to protest the closure of the beaches. The protesters carried signs saying "We do not consent" and waving "Don't tread on me" flags, angry that the governor is keeping beaches closed to keep people from congregating.
