LA man loses brother in Iran to COVID-19

Medi Em spent his childhood in Iran but got his masters degree in architecture in the United States. Medi says his eldest brother Parvis Mokhtari was his inspiration. Mokhtari was the first in the family to go to college and became a teacher in Iran. Sadly, the 79-year-old is among the victims of COVID-19.
