Train engineer arrested in plot against Mercy ship

A 44-year-old train engineer is behind bars. Accused of intentionally driving a locomotive off the tracks in the Port of L.A. All because of a bizarre conspiracy theory. Eduardo Moreno is charged with one count of train wrecking in the incident that ended with the locomotive just 250-yards from the Mercy hospital ship. According to investigators-- he apparently thought the ship was here as part of a government take-over.
