Residents allowed back into West LA apartment building following terrifying fire

Some residents of the Barrington Plaza apartments are being allowed back home Thursday night to collect some of their belongings following a terrifying fire. The building was red-tagged after the fire but inspectors declared most of it safe Thursday evening.
