Overturned big rig closes transition road in Torrence
An overturned big rig in Torrence closed down the transition road from the southbound 405 freeway to the northbound 110 freeway. The big rig was towed away but crews continue working on fixing the guardrail. Repairs are expected to be completed by 7 p.m.
