Water valve theft in Norwalk causes compromised streets, sidewalk

First thought to be a water main break, theft of a major backflow valve was found to be the cause for compromised streets and sidewalk along Firestone Blvd between Imp Hwy and Studebaker yesterday in Norwalk, authorities said. Matt Johnson reports.
