13 dead as Montecito neighborhood destroyed by mud

First came the rumble and hen the wall of mud, water and debris. All of it crashed into Montecito in the middle of the night-- leaving behind death and destruction. Thirteen people are confirmed dead in the devastating mudslide and another 20 injured. An unknown number are still missing.
