La Crescenta Woman's sister loses everything to fire in Santa Rosa

In Northern California the wicked wildfires are still raging out of control. The death toll now stands at 23 and hundreds more are unaccounted for. At least 3500 homes and businesses were destroyed. Among those who lost their home is a young family of three from Santa Rosa.
