Abbe Land discusses 'Trevor Project' live fundraiser

Abbe Land is the executive director and CEO of 'The Trevor Project' and she's got a busy weekend coming up. On Sunday, the group is holding "Trevor Live Los Angeles" - a fundraiser that attracts a lot of very familiar faces. The Trevor Project is the leading national organization focused on crisis intervention and suicide prevention efforts among LGBTQ youth.
