9th circuit to rule on National Guard control in California
A hearing is set for Tuesday to decide who controls California's National Guard-- President Trump or Gov. Newsom. A federal judge in San Francisco ruled last week that trump broke protocol by federalizing the national guard in Los Angeles without consulting Newsom. A federal appeals court put that ruling on hold. On Tuesday, the 9th circuit court will decide who has control.
