Trump says "Los Angeles would be burning"

During an address from the Oval Office Tuesday, President Trump said Los Angeles "would be burning' and 'on fire" if it wasn't for his and the federal government's involvement amid the ongoing anti-ICE protests. He said he has the city "in great shape" now.
