LA bracing for heavy rain, flooding concerns
The atmospheric river has made its way to Southern California, dumping rain across Los Angeles County. Thursday is expected to be the day that SoCal residents are expected to get hit the hardest by rain, drawing flooding and mudslide concerns ? particularly for areas badly hit by the Eaton and Palisades fires from last month.
