Get ready for a surfing Halloween party for dogs this Saturday in Thousand Oaks. Lucy's Pet Food is celebrating four-legged pets at DCH Subaru. You can dress your pet in a costume, sign up for surfing lessons, and even adopt a dog or cat from Agoura Animal Care Center. Lucy Pet?s Mobile Clinic will also be on-site offering free vaccines.
